Eyal Chenkin
Chief Executive Officer
Eyal Chenkin is the Chief Executive Officer of Green Mountain Global. He brings more than two decades of senior executive experience and a proven track record of driving sustained growth, operational excellence, and long-term profitability across various industries.
Prior to his current role, Eyal served as CEO of Azrieli Group from 2018 to 2024, where he led the company through a period of significant expansion and strategic transformation. Under his leadership, Azrieli strengthened its position across real estate and digital infrastructure, delivering strong growth and value creation.
Earlier in his career, Eyal held several senior leadership roles, including CEO of Supergas, an Azrieli Group subsidiary, from 2010 to 2017, and CEO of Shahar Group from 2007 to 2009. He also served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Airwell.
Eyal holds an Executive MBA from the Kellogg-Recanati School of Management and a B.A. in Computer Science and Management from Tel Aviv University.

Rafi Wunsh
Chief Investment Officer
Rafi Wunsh serves as Chief Investment Officer at Green Mountain Global, bringing over two decades of data centre and real estate investment experience. He is responsible for leading the company’s investment strategy, capital deployment, and expansion.
Rafi was previously Vice President of International Real Estate and Data Centers at Azrieli Group, where he oversaw global acquisition and development activities, including the growth of the company’s data centre platform. During his tenure, he played a key role in the acquisition and development of Compass Datacenters and Green Mountain.
Earlier in his career, Rafi held senior leadership roles at Elad Canada Group, most recently as Vice President for the Quebec region, where he managed a large portfolio of residential, office, and retail assets. He also served as CFO of Elad Canada for several years. Rafi began his career at PwC, working across both Israel and Canada.
Rafi is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA, Israel) and holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

David Guth
Chief Design & Construction Officer
David Guth is Chief Design & Construction Officer at Green Mountain Global, where he leads and oversees the delivery of future-proof hyperscale campuses across the company’s portfolio.
With over 20 years of international experience across Europe and Asia-Pacific, David specialises in end-to-end delivery of complex data centre projects, from design through to construction and commissioning.
Prior to Green Mountain Global, he was Global Director of Design & Construction at Colt Data Centre Services, leading the delivery of hyperscale developments worldwide. He previously served as Regional Projects Director at Global Switch, overseeing major data centre projects across Asia-Pacific.
David holds a Bachelor of Building & Construction Management from UNSW Sydney.
